On this TRAI new rules regulation Discussing this with @The Economic Times our Partner Siddharth Mahajan said, TRAI should adopt a wait-and-watch stance before bringing in fresh stringent guidelines for this nascent sector. “But yes, TRAI can suggest policy on issues like, how can consent be determined to use emotional & biometric data, and to what extent it can be used for purposes like ad targeting,”
