The Hon'ble Uttarakhand High Court (HC) has dismissed a PIL against Patanjali Ayurved Limited’s immunity booster tablet Coronil after having found no prima facie case being made out on the part of the Petitioner. The Hon'ble Court in the said PIL had also imposed costs of Rs. 25,000 on the petitioner.
The Hon'ble Uttrakhand HC was pleased to issue notices to the Respondents vide Order dated July 1, 2020. Subsequently, Patanjali Ayurved Limited entered appearance and addressed arguments on the merits of the issue at hand.
